Litigation Paralegal

**Job Overview** We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in our new Pace, Florida office. This vital role requires working closely with attorneys and clients to achieve successful outcomes. **Duties** * Assist in all phases of litigation, including case investigation; document review; discovery and medical records management * Prepare and organize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses using word processing and document /case management systems * Manage case files efficiently, ensuring accurate filing and document tracking * Coordinate depositions, interviews, and client meetings while maintaining clear communication with involved parties * Support attorneys in drafting legal documents, correspondence, reports, and summaries with strong attention to detail * Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism while adhering to procedural law requirements **Requirements** * Minimum of two (2\) years paralegal experience * Strong knowledge of procedural law and litigation processes in the personal injury area of law * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines * Demonstrated ability to draft clear legal documents and proofread for accuracy * Familiarity with electronic filing systems such as e\-portal Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional legal support while advancing your career in a fast\-paced environment.
