Paralegal - Workers' Compensation

Laurel, NJ is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Discovery demands and responses. * Work with medical providers and obtain medical records. * Work with experts and schedule IMEs. * Inspections and other expert discovery. Position Requirements: * High school diploma required; paralegal certificate preferred. * At least 5 years of legal experience as a paralegal. * Experience with summarizing medical records is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e\-document management software preferred. * Must be a self\-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high\-volume fast paced work environment. The salary range for this position is $55,000\-$75,000 and represents C\&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
