Project Manager

**Job Overview** Lead construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and compliance. You’ll use construction management software and clear communication to keep complex infrastructure or commercial construction work organized and moving forward. **Duties** * Coordinate project scope, construction schedules, site activities, and communication among field teams, clients, subcontractors, and other partners. * Manage project budgets, cost tracking, construction estimating, contracts, and schedule updates; identify issues and coordinate timely responses. * Review construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and related documents to support planning, field coordination, and regulatory compliance. * Lead teams in a construction management role, monitor progress at construction sites, and maintain project records using project management software. * Your impact: By coordinating schedules, costs, and site teams, you help project partners deliver safe, compliant work with fewer avoidable delays. **Qualifications** * Construction project management or construction management experience, including construction site experience; commercial construction experience and experience managing complex infrastructure projects are valuable. * Demonstrated project leadership, project coordination, project scheduling, construction schedule coordination, construction scheduling, cost management, and construction budget management skills. * Ability to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics; knowledge of construction regulations and construction regulatory compliance. * Familiarity with construction management software and project management software. Relevant tools may include ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong time management, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities. Construction estimating experience is preferred. Pay: $55.00 - $79.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 – 6.0 per week Work Location: Remote
