We are a locally owned independent community pharmacy focused on patient care, teamwork, and creating a positive work environment where employees tend to stay long-term. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while maintaining a great work-life balance. **Responsibilities** * Dispense medications accurately while adhering to all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations * Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medication reviews and health histories, to optimize therapy plans * Lead pharmacy teams by supervising technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment, and maintaining high standards of patient service * Utilize pharmacy software systems (PIS/EHR) for prescription processing, medication administration records, and electronic health records management * Support patient care initiatives by providing education on medication use, side effects, and lifestyle modifications **Skills** * Excellent client communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented approach to patient interactions * Ability to manage pharmacy teams effectively while maintaining high levels of clinical confidentiality and practicing within scope of practice * Basic life support certification alongside immunization certification for administering vaccines Join a locally owned pharmacy that values its employees and the community it serves.
