Part Time EMDR Trauma Therapist

**Job Summary** Clarity Counseling Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated fully licensed mental health counselor (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in treating trauma in adults and be trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a trauma specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This fee-for-service position involves working with clients in an outpatient level of care. Qualified candidates will have a client-focused, integrative, and positive approach towards care, and self-motivation to work independently. This is a W2 employment opportunity. **Qualifications/Requirements** * Possess a Master’s Degree in the field of counseling, family therapy, mental health, social work, psychology, etc. * **Active unrestricted license in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)** * Availability for at least 10 hours per week, split between a minimum of 2 days, with 1 day in person. * **Clinical training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with at least 1 year of applied experience in using this modality.** * Clinical experience utilizing evidenced-based and trauma-informed care with adults is required. * Ability to consistently complete and maintain clinical documentation and scheduling follow up sessions with clients * Experience with telehealth modality * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to create and implement treatment plans * Knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality laws Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Warminster, PA 18974
