**About The Opportunity** An established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a multi level $40m industrial development in Port Melbourne. With a strong pipeline of secured projects across Melbourne, this builder has built a reputation for delivering quality commercial and industrial developments while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a substantial project, working alongside an experienced Project Manager and well-resourced delivery team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to practical completion. * Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure programme milestones are achieved. * Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance across the project. * Oversee structural works, services coordination, external works and final finishes. * Work closely with the Project Manager to manage construction programmes, site resources and project risks. * Conduct site meetings, inspections and quality assurance processes. **About You:** * Minimum 10+ years' experience as a Site Manager within commercial or industrial construction. * Proven experience delivering projects valued at $20m+, ideally within industrial, logistics or commercial sectors. * Strong understanding of structural steel, concrete construction, services coordination and external works. * Excellent subcontractor management, programming and leadership skills. * Strong knowledge of Victorian building regulations and OH&S requirements. * Relevant trade or construction qualifications. **What's in it for you?:** * Major $40m industrial project – Take ownership of a significant development in Port Melbourne. * Strong project pipeline – Long-term career opportunities with an established commercial builder. * Supportive delivery team – Work alongside experienced construction professionals. * Competitive salary package – Attractive remuneration based on experience.
