Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of industrial developments across Melbourne, with a strong focus on warehouses, logistics facilities, and data centre projects. This role is responsible for managing end\-to\-end project delivery, from design coordination and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover. The ideal candidate will bring strong contractor\-side or client\-side experience in fast\-paced industrial and mission\-critical environments, with a proven ability to deliver large\-scale, high\-value projects on time, within budget, and to strict quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Delivery \& Management** * Lead end\-to\-end delivery of industrial, warehousing, and data centre projects * Manage project scope, programme, budget, risks, and quality outcomes * Drive project execution from design development through to practical completion and handover **Stakeholder Management** * Act as primary interface between client, consultants, contractors, and authorities * Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders * Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives **Commercial \& Contract Management** * Oversee contract administration including head contracts and subcontract packages * Manage variations, claims, and cost reporting in collaboration with commercial teams * Ensure strong cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle **Programme \& Risk Control** * Develop and maintain detailed project programmes * Identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns * Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements **Quality, Safety \& Compliance** * Enforce high standards of safety across all project phases * Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, authority requirements, and client standards * Promote a strong safety\-first culture on site
