**Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Baton Rouge** **Location:** Baton Rouge, Louisiana **Department:** Sales **Reports to:** Head of Sales **Travel:** Up to 25% **About the Role** Geoshield is seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to support our dealer network from our headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This on-site role combines customer service with hands-on technical support in the paint protection film (PPF) industry. You will assist dealers by phone and in person, process orders, provide knowledgeable product support, and deliver concierge PPF cutting services using plotting equipment.
