**Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out** **Dublin \| €75,000–€85,000 \+ Vehicle \+ Bonus \+ Pension** **40 hour weeks** **About Your New Company** Our client is a leading fit\-out contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high\-quality commercial interior projects across Dublin. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team. Working across office, retail, hospitality and refurbishment projects, you'll join a business that values quality, teamwork and career progression. **About Your New Role** You'll be responsible for the day\-to\-day management of commercial fit\-out projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standard. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage site operations from start to finish. * Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics. * Monitor programme and project progress. * Ensure health \& safety and quality standards are maintained. * Liaise with clients, consultants and the project team. * Manage snagging and handovers. **What You'll Need** * 5\+ years' experience as a Site Manager within fit\-out or commercial construction. * Proven experience delivering commercial fit\-out projects. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent knowledge of health \& safety. * Safe Pass and a full driving licence. **What You'll Get** * €75,000–€85,000 salary. * Company vehicle or allowance. * Standard working week (40 hours) * Bonus and pension. * Long\-term career progression. * High\-profile commercial fit\-out projects across Dublin. * Supportive and collaborative team environment.
