**Location: East York, PA 17402** **Work Arrangement: On\-site** **Experience Level: Mid\-Senior** **Experience Required: 4–6 years** **Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering** **Job Function: Consulting** **Industry: Architecture \& Planning** **Relocation Assistance: No** **Visa Sponsorship: No** **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead structural design projects, coordinate with clients and project teams, and support projects from initial design through construction. **Key Responsibilities** \* Develop structural designs, studies, reports, and construction documents. \* Manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. \* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal disciplines. \* Conduct site evaluations and support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and inspections. \* Perform code reviews and establish design criteria. \* Review shop drawings and oversee drawing production and documentation. \* Mentor project team members and support staff workflow. \* Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements. Requirements \* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. \* 4–6 years of structural engineering experience. \* Professional Engineer (PE) license required. \* Revit experience required. \* Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and building codes. \* Excellent communication, organization, problem\-solving, and project management skills. \* Proficiency with Microsoft Office. \* Ability to conduct site visits and field observations.
