Because of the travel requirements, we strongly prefer candidates who **live in Hot Springs Village, near Hot Springs Village, or somewhere reasonably between Hot Springs Village and Bryant**. This position is best suited for someone who understands from the outset that their assigned clinic location may vary and who is comfortable traveling to either office as needed. You will play a key role in supporting providers and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our patients in a **high\-volume clinical setting**. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical and administrative skills, preferably with experience in **pain management or interventional pain procedures**. **eClinicalWorks experience is required.** Contractor service agreement acceptance may be required prior to transition to full\-time employee status, if applicable. We currently have a collaborative clinical team, and with increasing patient volume and an additional nurse practitioner being added, we are expanding our staff to continue providing timely, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Key Responsibilities * Greet and prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments. * Room patients efficiently in a high\-volume clinical environment. * Measure and accurately document vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, weight, and other required measurements. * Accurately document patient history, chief complaints, and pertinent medical information in eClinicalWorks. * Perform and accurately document **pill counts**, including required paperwork and EMR documentation. * Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during examinations and minor procedures. * Assist with procedure\-day workflow, including transporting patients to and from procedure areas and coordinating with caregivers or drivers when appropriate. * Provide patients with clear instructions regarding medications, treatment plans, procedures, and aftercare. * Schedule appointments and **surgical/interventional procedures** according to established protocols. * Understand and follow clinic protocols regarding **blood thinners/anticoagulants** when preparing patients for procedures. * Understand and follow clinic protocols regarding **GLP\-1 medications and sedation requirements**. * Process outgoing referrals and follow up on laboratory studies, imaging, procedure results, and other outstanding orders. * Manage telephone encounters, incoming calls, patient messages, and emails professionally and efficiently on a daily basis. * Assist patients with urine drug screening processes when applicable. * Maintain clean, organized, and appropriately stocked examination and procedure rooms. * Follow HIPAA requirements, infection\-control standards, and clinic sanitation protocols. * Assist with additional clinical and administrative responsibilities as needed to maintain efficient clinic operations. Required / Preferred Experience \& Skills * **eClinicalWorks experience is required.** * Experience in **pain management or interventional pain procedures is strongly preferred**. * Ability and willingness to work at **both Hot Springs Village and Bryant**, including commuting to either location on consecutive or multiple days when needed. * Reliable transportation is required. * Candidates living in **Hot Springs Village or between Hot Springs Village and Bryant are strongly preferred**. * Understanding of pre\-procedural requirements, including anticoagulant management and GLP\-1 medication protocols. * Experience scheduling procedures or surgeries is preferred. * Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a **fast\-paced, high\-volume medical practice**. * Strong medical terminology and outpatient clinical workflow knowledge. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Patient\-centered and team\-oriented attitude. * Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. * Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure. * Ability to accurately obtain and document vital signs. Location Expectations **This is not currently a position assigned exclusively to one clinic.** The employee must be comfortable working **every day in Hot Springs Village when needed and every day in Bryant when needed**, depending upon clinic and provider schedules. As our Hot Springs Village location expands, **the position is expected to transition toward primarily/full\-time Hot Springs Village coverage**, but continued flexibility between both locations will remain an important part of the role.
