About You * Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in a **Financial Controller** or senior finance role. * Strong background in financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. * Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or another project\-based environment is highly desirable. * Advanced Excel and finance systems knowledge, with ERP experience viewed favourably. * Commercially astute, proactive, and confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.
