Elementary School Teacher

* Deliver daily standards-aligned instruction based on our curriculum and pacing guides. * Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. * Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments. * Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and behavior. * Collaborate with grade-level team and school leadership. * Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress. * Manage classroom behavior using a consistent, proactive approach. * Supervise students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, and dismissal as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required) * Valid Florida teaching certificate or eligibility for certification (preferred) * Prior experience teaching elementary grades (preferred) * Strong classroom management and communication skills * Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for instruction and recordkeeping Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour Work Location: In person
