The teacher will deliver Japanese language lessons following FUJI SCHOOL’s established curriculum, ensuring that classes are goal-oriented and aligned with unit objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and preparing lesson materials, conducting engaging in-person classes, assessing student progress through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will support learners at various levels, help them build communication skills in Japanese, and foster understanding of Japanese culture. The role also involves collaborating with school staff to improve teaching methods and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong Japanese Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering structured language lessons. * Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills to design effective, curriculum-based learning activities. * Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with students and colleagues and provide supportive feedback. * Proficiency in Japanese (native or near-native level) and solid command of English for classroom instruction and guidance. * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Japanese language, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience. * Experience teaching in a classroom or language school setting, preferably with adult learners or diverse student populations. * Ability to create an inclusive, culturally sensitive learning environment and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. * Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work on-site full time in Los Angeles, CA.
