**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic mental health and behavioral care team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your clinical skills in a supportive environment. **Responsibilities** * Conduct thorough mental health and behavioral assessments utilizing diagnostic tools such as ICD\-10 and ICD\-9 coding systems, ensuring accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. * Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence\-based practices including cognitive\-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis tailored to client needs. * Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute psychiatric episodes or behavioral emergencies effectively and safely. * Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate psychotherapeutic techniques like motivational interviewing and trauma\-informed care for clients with PTSD or other trauma\-related conditions. * Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate integrated care for patients with complex medical needs such as Alzheimer’s disease or autism spectrum disorder. * Maintain detailed clinical records within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems while adhering to medical documentation standards and confidentiality policies. * Engage in case management activities including patient assessment, discharge planning, community resource linkage, and follow\-up care to support long\-term recovery goals. **Skills** * Extensive experience in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive\-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral health interventions, and addiction counseling. * Proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding systems (ICD\-10/ICD\-9\). * Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards, medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and medical records management. * Skilled in crisis management techniques with the ability to handle high\-pressure situations involving psychiatric or behavioral emergencies. * Experience working with diverse populations including children with special needs, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, geriatrics requiring Alzheimer’s care or Geriatrics expertise, and patients from various cultural backgrounds. * Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient data collection, documentation, and patient communication. * Ability to deliver culturally competent mental health interventions across a broad spectrum of ages—from pediatrics to Geriatrics—while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies. * Knowledge of psychopharmacology principles relevant to psychiatric patient care when collaborating with prescribing providers. * Competence in applying evidence\-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), social work principles, and case management strategies for behavioral health improvement.
