We are seeking a skilled and compassionate **Pharmacist** to join our growing pharmacy and expanding team! * Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. * Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration. * Experience in a Specialty Pharmacy a plus! * Familiarity with Outcome Platforms. * Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus. * Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus. * Current CPR certification. * Valid PA Driver's License with clean driving history. * Spanish language skills are a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
