Senior Software Engineer (Java & React.js) – Singapore

We are seeking an experienced **Full-Stack Engineer with at least 5 years of recent hands-on experience** in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using **Java and React.js** in an Agile development environment. **Why Join Us?** * World-renowned MNC in Digital Transformation * Enterprise Level Systems with Modern Technologies and AI-Assisted Development Tools * Enjoy Excellent Career Progression Opportunities **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Design, develop and maintain enterprise-level IT systems and applications. * Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including system analysis, development, testing and deployment. * Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and project teams in an Agile development environment. * Develop and enhance applications based on business and technical requirements. * Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes and optimize application performance. * Leverage AI tools to support software development and technical solutioning. * Develop test cases, conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), load testing and performance tuning. * Support production deployment, system enhancements and post-implementation activities. * Prepare and maintain technical specifications and system documentation. * Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 5 years of recent hands-on experience** in software development, preferably in full-stack application development. * Experience in modern application technologies, including: * **Backend Development:** Java / Kotlin * **Frontend Development:** React.js * **Frameworks:** Spring Framework * **Database:** PostgreSQL or other relational databases (RDBMS) * **Messaging / Integration:** MQ (Message Queuing) * **DevOps:** Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) * Experience in **Agile development methodologies** , including Scrum and Agile Sprint Planning. * Ability to leverage AI tools for software development and technical solutioning. * Good understanding of system design, application integration, troubleshooting and performance optimization. * Experience with the following technologies will be advantageous: * **Cloud Platforms:** AWS * **Containerization:** Docker * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
