Greetings, **ServiceNow Architect – WSD & EAM** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 12+ months **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Architect** with strong expertise in **Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)** and **Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)** to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, platform governance, business process optimization, and end-to-end implementation of WSD and EAM solutions aligned with industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across **WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations**. * Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps. * Design and govern Workplace Services including: * Space Management * Reservation Management * Workplace Visitor Management * Workplace Case Management * Employee Experience workflows * Design and implement Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including: * Asset lifecycle management * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Work order management * Inventory and spare parts management * Vendor and contract integrations * Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance. * Create HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents. * Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform health assessments. * Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads across ServiceNow engagements. * Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. * Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices. **Required Skills** **ServiceNow Expertise** * ServiceNow Architecture & Platform Governance * Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) * Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) * ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM * Service Portal / Employee Center * Flow Designer & Integration Hub * UI Builder & Workspace Framework * Performance Analytics & Reporting **Technical Skills** * JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes * Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs * REST/SOAP Integrations * MID Server * Azure, SAP, Oracle, Facilities Systems Integrations * Data Migration and Transformation **Preferred Certifications** * ServiceNow CSA * CAD * CIS-ITSM * CIS-ITAM * CIS-Discovery / CIS-Service Mapping * Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred * WSD and EAM implementation experience preferred Thanks& Regards, K Hemanth Kumar | Sr IT Technical Recruiter | Kairos Technologies Inc E: hemanth@kairostech.com Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
