What You'll Do As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the daily operations of a busy retail pharmacy. You'll work alongside an experienced, fully staffed team dedicated to patient safety, service excellence, and collaborative care. Responsibilities include: * Dispensing medications accurately and ensuring patient safety. * Counseling patients on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence. * Overseeing daily pharmacy operations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. * Collaborating with pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists to maintain efficient workflow. * Supporting immunization services and other patient care initiatives. * Providing occasional coverage at nearby locations during peak vacation periods, as needed. **This is a home-store position, not a float role,** offering consistency, a familiar team, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and colleagues.
