Build Something That Lasts.** Are you an experienced **Project Manager** with a background in **precast concrete, construction, engineering or structural projects** ? Our client is a well-established **precast concrete manufacturer** delivering high-quality structural solutions across Ireland. With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced **Project Manager** to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from **design and planning through to production, delivery and installation** . **The Role** As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a portfolio of precast concrete projects, working closely with clients, design teams, production, transport and site teams. You'll be responsible for: * Managing projects from initial award through to completion and handover * Coordinating design, detailing, production, delivery and installation * Managing project programmes, budgets and resources * Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers * Monitoring project progress and resolving issues as they arise * Coordinating with the factory and site teams to ensure projects remain on programme * Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information * Managing variations, commercial considerations and project documentation * Ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and safety standards * Providing regular project updates to senior management **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a commercially aware and organised Project Manager who understands the challenges of delivering **precast concrete or structural construction projects** .
