This position is responsible for leading activities associated with administration and management of pharmacy programs including but not limited to assisting in the development, implementation, maintenance and promotion of a disease state formulary system; utilization management programs; specialty pharmacy management; medication therapy management, client relationships and support; and development of innovative clinical programs. **Job Description** * Lead and manage a team of Clinical Pharmacists responsible for medication therapy management services across a diverse portfolio of accounts * Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with account requirements and clinical standards * Segment and manage accounts by package type, aligning pharmacist staffing and priorities with each account’s specific needs and complexities * Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and other key performance indicators * Develop, implement, and optimize processes and workflow to support efficient and standardized operations * Partner with clinical, client-facing, analytics, and operational team * Support implementation and onboarding of new accounts including staffing, training, documentation, and performance monitoring * Coach, develop, and evaluate Clinical Pharmacists, fostering accountability, consistency, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement across the team **Job Requirements** * Registered Pharmacist in the United States. * 3 years of management and/or leadership experience * 5 years of experience within Pharmacy practice. * Experience using window based word processing, spreadsheet and relational database software. * Drug information skills. * Strong Verbal and written communication skills. * Knowledge of practice guidelines or practice parameters; pharmaco-economics; quality improvement processes and techniques. * Knowledge of medication use evaluation principles. * Ability to remain at a work station and perform computer entry for long periods of time, as required. * Leadership skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and manage communications professionally to achieve issue resolution with customers, employees, or management **Preferred Job Requirements** * Additional certifications and residency experience. * Managed care and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience. * MTM experience, specialty pharmacy, or government programs knowledge. **This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: requires 3 days in office; 2 days remote** Compensation: $102,000.00 - $184,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location **HCSC Employment Statement** We are an Equal Opportunity Employment employer dedicated to providing a welcoming environment where the unique differences of our employees are respected and valued.
