Paralegal

Real Estate investment and management company is hiring a Paralegal to join their Westchester County, NY office. The ideal candidate is an analytical and diligent professional with: * A Paralegal Studies degree, preferred * 5+ years of commercial leasing real estate experience * Retail leasing experience, strongly preferred * Microsoft Office Suite proficiency * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities: * Draft and abstract various lease agreements * Perform due diligence for real estate transactions * Review title and survey for commercial properties * Assist with additional tasks, as needed Additional information: * Salary: $85K - $100K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K and more * Full-time in office * Must be flexible for overtime as needed *Nadine Bocelli & Company, Inc. – New York Legal Staffing, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
