Housekeeping Supervisor

\*Job Overview\* We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management and possess strong leadership skills. \*Responsibilities\* \- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling \- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards \- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols \- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed \- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control \- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally \- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience \*Qualifications\* \- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or industrial cleaning \- Proven experience in custodial services, floor care, and general housekeeping \- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment \- Excellent organizational and time management skills \- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively \- Attention to detail and a customer\-oriented approach Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $14\.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Experience: * Housekeeping management: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Columbia, SC 29223 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
