Paralegal: $24/Hr, 25-35 hrs/week, PTO, IRA match, DWI/Traffic/Criminal, Available now

Paralegal Traffic/DWI/Criminal law **REQUIRED JOB EXPERIENCE:** 3+ years prior full time law firm paralegal experience required, preference given tore applicants with experience in Traffic/DWI/Criminal law firm. **REQUIRED MINIMUM JOB SKILLS:** Experienced at docket control for Volume of cases. Must be very computer proficient, comfortable working in Word, Excel, Adobe, REJIS, Casenet, messaging, texting, cloud based law firm time management software (we use Mycase). **Must have experience working with all paperless electronic files.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Answering phones, intaking clients, calling clients, courts, clerks, prosecutors, managing case calendaring software for volume of cases, managing court dockets, scanning documents, e-filing pleadings, drafting pleadings and letters, etc. **IDEAL CANDIDATE:** * Organized self starter; * Comfortable working independently; * Likes to stay busy; * Good multi-tasker that can handle frequent phone interruptions. * Comfortable talking on the phone with clients, prosecutors, clerks; * Can work with multiple computer screens simultaneously. **POSITION DETAILS:** Law firm hrs 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday - Friday, Saturdays optional. Dress code is casual, nice jeans/leggings okay, nice dress shorts okay.
