Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist

**Overview** As a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist, you’ll help business customers identify and adopt technology-enabled solutions for their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. You’ll connect customer goals with practical solution design, guide opportunities from discovery through deal closing, and coordinate with technical and delivery teams. Your impact: By aligning the right solution with each customer’s needs, you help clients make informed decisions and support successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC * Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions * Manage complex multi service solutions proposals * Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline * Demonstrate well developed sales skills to include expert awareness, commercial acumen and integrity * Seek out and access new Modernization opportunities both with existing customers and new prospect customers * Establish and build credibility * Develop and sustain customer relationships **Skills** * Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED. * 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or industrial sales, commercial HVAC service contractor experience, technical sales, sales engineering, or account management experience in HVAC, building systems, mechanical services, controls, or energy services. * Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops, mechanical rooms, and elevated platforms as required. * Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements, where applicable.
