This approach supports data-informed decisions that drive continuous improvement. **About the Opportunity:** The DATA ANALYST role is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to provide insights that inform business decisions. This position plays a critical role in interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and delivering clear, actionable reports to various stakeholders, thereby supporting the organization's strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business goals. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports presenting key metrics and insights. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analysis. * Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to guide strategic decisions. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all analyses and reporting. * Apply statistical methods and data mining techniques to improve decision making. * Stay updated on best practices and tools in data analysis. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role. * Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or Tableau. * Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and data visualization. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. * Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience handling large datasets and performing data cleaning. **Pay Range and Compensation Package:** * $148,000-$189,000 per year **Benefits & Perks:** * Health Care Plan including Medical, Dental, and Vision * Retirement Plan such as 401(k) and IRA * Paid Time Off including Vacation, Sick, and Public Holidays * Short Term and Long Term Disability * Training and Development opportunities * Work From Home options * Stock Option Plan **Equal Opportunity Statement:** Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
