Job description from the source

**About The Role** The role owns the design of end-to-end product experiences — from early discovery and flows to polished, dev-ready interfaces used by thousands of customers daily across web and mobile. The UX Designer will work directly with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate ambiguous problems into validated design decisions, grounded in user data and measurable outcomes rather than opinion. **Key Responsibilities** * Design end-to-end product flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma, delivering specs and prototypes engineers can build from without ambiguity * Build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews using Figma, ProtoPie, or similar tools * Run regular usability sessions and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations and prioritized fixes * Maintain and evolve a scalable design system — components, tokens, and interaction patterns — in partnership with frontend engineering * Partner with PMs and data analysts to define success metrics for design work and validate impact post-launch * Contribute to design critiques, documentation, and team standards; present design rationale clearly to cross-functional leadership **What We Are Looking For** * 3–6 years of product design experience, including shipping features in SaaS or consumer products with real usage at scale * Strong Figma proficiency, including auto-layout, variables, and component-based design systems * Demonstrated fluency in interaction design, information architecture, and responsive/web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) * Hands-on experience planning and running usability tests and translating qualitative findings into design decisions * Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience * A portfolio showing shipped work with clear problem framing, process, and measurable outcomes * Bonus: front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS basics), motion design skills, or experience with research tools like Dovetail or Maze
