They’re looking for a hands\-on IAM Manager to lead a team of five and drive major enterprise identity modernization initiatives. This isn’t a traditional management role. We’re looking for a technical leader who enjoys getting hands\-on, developing engineers and delivering complex IAM transformation projects. **What we’re looking for** -------------------------- * Strong enterprise IAM expertise across IGA, PAM, directory services, SSO/MFA and identity lifecycle management. * Proven experience leading IAM modernization programs, including platform selection, implementation, integration and migration. * Hands\-on technical leadership experience managing and developing IAM engineering teams. * Strong understanding of security automation, Python, PowerShell, REST APIs and workflow integrations. * Experience managing vendors and implementation partners, ideally within large, regulated enterprise environments. **Why consider this opportunity?** ---------------------------------- Join an established enterprise investing heavily in cybersecurity modernization.
