**Industry:** Law Firm **Salary:** $115\-140K **Plus:** Paid OT and Bonus **Location:** NYC \- Midtown Boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its attorneys with legal and administrative responsibilities. **Responsibilities** * Word processing, editing, and redlining documents * Organize and maintain physical and electronic client files * Prepare closing checklists and attend closings * Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence and agreements, wills and other estate documents * Calendar management, scheduling meetings and events * Execute and maintain office procedures and policy guidelines * Maintain highly confidential information **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree * 7\+ years of recent law firm paralegal experience * Highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment with competing priorities * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office * Proficient in proofreading, editing, and redlining, with strong attention to detail * Team player, willing to assist staff members, Partners and attorneys as needed * Flexibility with respect to duties assigned, including willingness to work additional hours as necessary To inquire about this position, please submit your resume (MS Word format only) with your compensation requirements.
