General Manager

**General Manager — El Segundo** **Lead the restaurant. Lead the team. Own the operation.** EZPZ is looking for an experienced, hands\-on **General Manager** to lead our flagship El Segundo location. The GM owns the restaurant day to day — from team leadership and guest experience to labor, inventory, financial performance, and operational execution. This is not a clipboard manager role. We want someone who leads from the front, sets the standard, and takes real ownership of the business. **What You’ll Do*** Lead, coach, and develop the entire restaurant team. * Hire, train, schedule, and manage FOH and BOH staff. * Lead shifts and ensure exceptional service, food quality, and hospitality. * Own daily restaurant operations, opening/closing procedures, and service standards. * Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, ordering, waste, and controllable costs. * Monitor sales, labor, food cost, and other key financial performance metrics. * Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, organization, and restaurant appearance. * Handle guest concerns and ensure a consistently great customer experience. * Manage POS, online ordering, delivery, catering, and other restaurant systems. * Build relationships with regular guests and the El Segundo community. * Identify opportunities to improve operations, grow sales, and strengthen the team. * Communicate closely with ownership and take full accountability for the restaurant’s performance. **You’d Be Great If You:*** Have **2\+ years of restaurant management experience**, including GM or strong AGM experience. * Know how to lead a team in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. * Are organized, decisive, and calm under pressure. * Lead naturally without ego and know how to hold people accountable. * Understand labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant financials. * Care deeply about hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and the guest experience. * Are hands\-on and willing to jump in wherever the team needs you. * Have strong communication, organization, and follow\-through. * Want to grow with a young, ambitious restaurant brand. **Perks*** **$75,000–$90,000 base salary (DOE) \+ performance bonus** * Paid training * Employee discounts * Growth opportunities as EZPZ expands **About EZPZ** EZPZ is your neighborhood slice shop built around one idea: **delicious pizza should be easy.** This is your everyday slice, done really well — the kind you can grab quickly and come back to often.
