We hire for aptitude and attitude, and we invest in developing our engineers. **What we offer** * €50,000 \- €60,000 starting salary, depending on experience * Hybrid working from our Dublin office * A structured development path with mentorship from senior engineers * Hands\-on exposure to the full project lifecycle across three technologies * Pension contributions, generous annual leave and wellbeing support * Support for professional development, including your pathway to Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland * The chance to grow with a company building and operating real clean energy assets **How to apply** Apply with your CV and a short note on why this role interests you. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. * We are an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. Reasonable accommodations are available on request at any stage of the recruitment process.
