Paralegals

McLaughlin \& Stern, PLLC, a well\-established and growing Naples law firm, is seeking experienced full\-time Paralegals to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of paralegal experience. Experience in litigation, family law, real estate, and/or estate planning is preferred; however, experience in any of these areas will be considered. **Salary is commensurate with experience.** **Responsibilities** Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, legal documents, and correspondence * E\-filing pleadings with the court and submitting proposed orders * Coordinating service of legal documents * Maintaining attorney calendars and case files * Scheduling appointments, court appearances, mediations, depositions, and hearings * Preparing trial notebooks and assisting attorneys in trial settings * Preparing and reviewing discovery packages, including disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories, and requests for production * Assisting with the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents * Assisting with real estate closings * Performing other administrative and legal support duties as assigned **Qualifications \& Skills** The ideal candidate will be: * Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities * Detail\-oriented and deadline\-driven * A strong written and verbal communicator * Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately Pay: $52,707\.19 \- $63,475\.33 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Profit sharing * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Must work in the office NO remote Experience: * Paralegal: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Naples, FL 34103 (Required) Work Location: In person
