Key Responsibilities * Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services. * Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns. * Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high\-performing team while fostering a positive workplace culture. * Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR). * Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and all local, state, and federal regulations. * Monitor property appearance, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance to ensure a welcoming environment. * Build strong relationships with guests, employees, vendors, and community partners. * Lead by example, promoting teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service. * Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and increase occupancy. * Perform additional duties as needed to support successful hotel operations.
