Job Description \- Full Stack Java Developer (Next.js \& AWS) **Position:** Full Stack Java Developer **Experience:** 8\+ Years **Employment Type:** Full\-time Role Overview We are seeking a skilled **Full Stack Java Developer** with strong experience in **enterprise integrations** , modern frontend development using **Next.js** , and cloud\-native application development on **AWS** . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, APIs, and integration solutions while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality software products. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain full\-stack applications using Java and Next.js. * Build and enhance scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. * Develop responsive and user\-friendly frontend applications using Next.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. * Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration solutions with internal and external systems. * Work on enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies to enable seamless system connectivity. * Develop and deploy cloud\-native applications leveraging AWS services. * Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability. * Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning activities. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver technical solutions. **Required Skills** * Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices. * Hands\-on experience with Next.js and React.js. * Strong experience in API development and system integrations. * Experience with integration technologies, messaging systems, and REST\-based services. * Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM. * Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB. * Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. **Preferred Skills** * Experience with event\-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka. * Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation). * Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and application security best practices. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. **Nice to Have:** Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and enterprise integration platform experience. ***S*** ***YNECHRON’S DIVERSITY \& INCLUSION STATEMENT*** Diversity \& Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
