**Site Engineer \- Newbridge, Co. Kildare \- Main Contractor** **Salary:** €55,000 \- €75,000 \+ benefits (depending on experience) **Overview** An established main contractor is seeking a Site Engineer to support the delivery of large\-scale construction projects in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out works, coordinating site activities, ensuring quality standards, and supporting project delivery from inception to completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Setting out and surveying works on site. * Monitoring quality control and ensuring compliance with project specifications. * Coordinating subcontractors and site teams. * Maintaining accurate site records and as\-built drawings. * Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and reporting. * Supporting health and safety compliance on site. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. * 3\+ years' experience in a Site Engineer role. * Strong setting out and surveying experience. * Proficiency with AutoCAD and surveying equipment. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. * Full driving licence. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package. * Pension and additional company benefits. * Career progression opportunities on major projects.
