**Job Summary** Paralegal Full\-time In\-Office \| Sacramento, CA, United States **Paralegal – Civil Litigation \& Administrative Law** A respected and long\-standing Sacramento law firm is looking to add a detail\-oriented Paralegal to its team. This role supports attorneys across a variety of civil litigation and administrative matters and is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Perform in\-depth legal and factual research to support case strategy * Draft and prepare subpoenas, correspondence, and related legal documents * Review, organize, and synthesize substantial sets of discovery materials * Coordinate and oversee document productions, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Prepare clear and well\-structured deposition line summaries * Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, timelines, and witness materials ### **Qualifications** * Prior e\-discovery experience, including document review platforms * Exposure to employment law matters is highly beneficial * Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities ### **Compensation \& Benefits** * Salary range: **$85,000 – $95,000**, depending on experience * **Annual discretionary bonus** * **Medical \& dental insurance:** 90% employer\-paid, effective on day one * **401(k) plan:** 4% employer match, no waiting period * **Generous time off:** 17 PTO days \+ 10 paid firm holidays * **Work schedule:** 37\.5\-hour workweek (standard 7\.5\-hour day) * **No strict billable hour requirement** (target of 1200 hours) * Streamlined **two\-step interview process** \#Workwolf
