Our mission is to inspire the best in people, situations, and communities with every interaction, and we build our teams around collaborative, unselfish people who want to do that work together. **The Role** We're hiring a Home Health Clinical Supervisor to support our Vallejo, California agencies serving Solano and Napa Counties. This is a fully remote position open to candidates nationwide. You'll play a vital role supporting the DPCS and guiding our clinical team on the right processes as they care for patients at home, helping drive the success of the team and the quality of the care we deliver. **Compensation:** $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience **What You'll Do** * Supervise home health nurses, LVNs, and other patient care team members * Ensure high quality patient care is delivered and care plan goals are met * Review documentation, care plans, and patient satisfaction reports * Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team conferences * Resolve patient and family member concerns * Train employees, conduct performance assessments, and handle disciplinary actions when needed * Ensure company policies and procedures are followed * Handle other administrative functions as assigned **What You Bring** * Current CA RN license, or an active RN license in another state with willingness to obtain a CA license * Minimum of 2 years of clinical supervisor experience * Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) * A firm understanding of home health and experience with clinical complexities * Strong multitasking and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient, service\-oriented approach **Who Thrives Here** We call it a "We over Me" mentality.
