Define coding guidelines, and best practices. * Drive technical discussions with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. * Perform architecture reviews and code reviews. Mentor developers and groom future technical leaders. Ensure adherence to security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards. * Application Development Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot. * Build RESTful APIs and event-driven systems. Implement cloud-native applications on AWS. Integrate enterprise applications using modern integration patterns. * Drive application modernization initiatives. * BPM Solutions Design and implement workflow automation solutions using BPM platforms. * Analyze business processes and convert them into digital workflows. Implement human tasks, business rules, case management, and process orchestration. * Optimize and automate business workflows
