AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Seeking a Senior AWS Application Modernization Engineer with 12+ years of software development and application engineering experience, combining hands-on application coding/refactoring with AWS cloud engineering. Must have experience modernizing and migrating enterprise applications from on-premises environments to AWS through rehosting, re-platforming, code refactoring, and cloud-native modernization. Strong expertise in Java, .NET/C#, or Python, REST APIs, application architecture, SQL databases, and AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch. Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Terraform/CloudFormation, DevSecOps, application troubleshooting, and database integrations is valuable. U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one are required. AWS GovCloud and federal/DoD experience preferred.
