Construction Project Manager

**Project Manager, Construction** to lead end-to-end commercial real estate and interior build-out projects. Own scope, budget, schedule, and quality from planning through closeout, while coordinating design, engineering, and construction teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage project scope, budgets, and quality through planning and closeout. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee project execution. * Select, manage, and supervise contractors and subcontractors. * Handle contracts, change orders, and related documentation. * Conduct site visits and monitor progress, risks, and issues. * Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and client standards. * Provide clear client reporting and drive sustainability/performance goals. * Support a culture of integrity, collaboration, and innovation. **Qualifications & Skills** * Strong construction and project management experience. * Proficiency in contract/change-order management. * Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors. * Knowledge of safety, building codes, and compliance requirements. * Excellent communication and client-facing reporting skills. * Detail-oriented approach with strong risk and issue management.
