Systems & Data Analyst

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** The Analyst, Systems and Data is responsible for supporting the management of Relation’s core internal account management systems (AMS), including design, best practices, and workflows. The individual in this role must have a strong acumen for AMS360/ImageRight and a clear understanding of how to best deploy these tools as part of a broader integration strategy. The position will require teamwork and active collaboration with business leaders representing various departments, including IT, Service, Broking, and Operations. **A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY** * Supports and implements core business decisions related to AMS design, setup, and implementation. * Drives a streamlined data migration process for new acquisitions integrating into Relation’s instance of AMS360. * Identifies opportunities to optimize or expand the utilization of AMS capabilities to support the objectives of the business. * Supports high-priority workstreams associated with Relation’s data governance and quality enhancement efforts. * Strategically partners with 3rd party providers where necessary to automate or outsource repetitive administrative tasks into the data governance process. * Builds relationships with new acquisitions to support smooth and collaborative data integration efforts. * Special projects and other duties as assigned. **WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in insurance brokerage systems management. * College degree in a related field highly preferred. * 7 to 10+ years of experience managing insurance brokerage systems. * Extensive experience with AMS360 and ImageRight highly preferred. * Highly proficient in agency management systems. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; expresses thoughts and ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing to address all levels within the organization; establishes trust and confidence quickly. * Strong organizational/time management skills. * Ability to communicate appropriately and build professional relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. * Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality. * Ability to represent the company in a professional manner to both internal and external customers and clients. **WHY CHOOSE RELATION?** * Competitive pay. * A safe and healthy work environment provided by our robust benefit program including family health and wellness programs, 401K, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid holidays and more. * Career advancement and development opportunities. . **Note:** The above is not all encompassing of the full position description. **Relation Insurance Inc.** provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
