If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you. **Compensation & Scheduling** * **Training pays $7.64 per hour.** * **After training, earn $11–$18 per hour**, depending on the client you service. * Submit your availability, with a **minimum commitment of 10 hours per week**. * Opportunities to work **up to 40 hours per week**, depending on client needs and available hours. **What You’ll Do** * Assist customers with questions and resolve concerns professionally. * Navigate client systems and maintain accurate records. * Follow client procedures and meet service expectations. * Create a positive customer experience through patience, clear communication, and attention to detail. **Assessment & Client Eligibility** Applicants must **complete and pass the required assessment**. Your assessment results determine which client opportunities you are eligible to service. You must also successfully complete the required training and certification for your selected client. **Home Office Requirements** You must have your home office ready **before your start date**, including: * A quiet, dedicated workspace. * A computer setup with **two monitors**. * Reliable, **hardwired internet connected through Ethernet**. * **Noise-canceling headphones with a microphone**. * Equipment that meets your selected client’s technical requirements. **Client Screening Requirements** A **background check and drug test are required by the client**. Applicants must successfully pass both before beginning client service. **Who We’re Looking For** We’re seeking dependable, self-motivated applicants with strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently. Previous customer service experience is a plus. **Independent Contractor Opportunity** This is a **1099 independent contractor position**, with compensation reported on **Form 1099-NEC**.
