This role requires expertise in crisis intervention, mandated reporting, and care coordination for patients with psychosocial risk factors. Responsible for education and advocacy for patients, families, and significant others. The **Social Services Director** coordinates the psychosocial needs of residents and families and works closely with the Nursing Department to support resident care in a long-term care / healthcare facility. **Social Services Director Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services * Experience in healthcare social work * Long-term care social work experience a plus We look forward to meeting you!
