This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape iconic skylines while working with innovative teams committed to quality and safety. **Duties** * Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. * Manage multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and architects to foster seamless collaboration. * Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to track progress and identify potential delays. * Oversee procurement processes, including construction estimating, contract negotiations, and change order management. * Ensure construction plans comply with all safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements by monitoring site activities regularly. * Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office to streamline project documentation and communication. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance; address issues proactively to minimize disruptions. * Manage project budgets meticulously by controlling costs through effective cost management strategies while maintaining high-quality standards. * Read blueprints and construction plans accurately to verify work aligns with design specifications. * Lead project meetings to coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and communicate updates clearly across all stakeholders. **Requirements** * Proven experience managing large-scale high-rise or complex infrastructure projects exceeding 30 stories within a commercial or civil construction environment. * Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes applicable to high-rise development. * Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite and other construction management tools. * Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and construction plans with precision; excellent blueprint reading skills essential. * Extensive experience in construction estimating, cost management, project scheduling, and contract administration. * Skilled in managing teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and budgets. * Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization across multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. * Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance requirements specific to high-rise buildings; ability to ensure projects meet all legal standards.
