That's the kind of company this is: one where good work gets noticed and rewarded fast. ### **Why this role** * Own purchasing strategy for an entire region, not just a single site * Real influence over materials and technology choices as the company scales * Report directly into a newly promoted Director, close to where the big decisions get made * Join a team that's young, energetic, and moving fast, with room to grow alongside the business ### **The role** * Manage a distributed buying team across the Americas, with buyers based in the Southeast US and Mexico * Own supplier and commodity strategy across the region * Work flexibly across US and Mexico time zones ### **What we need** * 10+ years hands-on automotive purchasing experience * Strong grasp of materials, commodities, and market dynamics. Competitor experience is a strong plus * Someone who evolves with new material technology rather than sticking to the old playbook * Quick-thinking, adaptable, ready to move at pace * NVH foam, compression molded foam is a huge bonus ### **Compensation** Around $140,000 base. 10% bonus, with a review at 6 months for a move to 15%.
