Know when to step in directly and when to engage the appropriate trade professional. * **Coordinate facility improvement projects:** Help execute projects involving HVAC, roofing, plumbing, painting, flooring, pools, parking lots, landscaping, guestroom renovations, and other building systems. * **Solve problems in the field:** Identify obstacles, develop practical solutions, coordinate resources, and take initiative to resolve issues without unnecessary delays. * **Support property maintenance teams:** Partner with General Managers and Maintenance Chiefs to address facility needs, provide technical guidance, improve maintenance practices, and support training and development. * **Improve preventative maintenance:** Help implement and standardize brand-mandated preventative maintenance programs, identifying opportunities to improve building conditions and equipment longevity. * **Maintain project accountability:** Communicate progress, coordinate scheduling and logistics, track outstanding work, and provide updates to company leadership. * and logistics, track outstanding work, and provide updates to company leadership. **What We're Looking For** * 2+ years of experience leading construction, renovation, facilities improvement, or similar projects.
