We are hiring a Team Member to provide exceptional support for our customers.The Team Member will be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact who transforms standard support into lasting relationships, all while helping customers get the most out of our support offering. Your role is about understanding the customer, offering real solutions, and creating meaningful experiences that lead to loyalty and growth. **Responsibilities of a Team Member:** * Manage customer accounts, support requests, and inquiries through secure communication channels. * Recommend solutions based on customer needs and eligibility. * Guide customers through onboarding, documentation, and support activation while ensuring accuracy and professionalism. * Maintain detailed CRM records including account updates, customer preferences, and support milestones. * Resolve billing, support, and technical issues with urgency and exceptional customer support. * Collaborate with internal sales, management, and technical teams to troubleshoot challenges and improve workflow. * Support sales initiatives and customer retention goals by delivering clear communication and follow\-through. **Qualities That Set You Apart as a Team Member:** * Strong communication, sales, and customer relationship skills. * Background or interest in sales, marketing, or customer support. * Proficiency in CRM tools with accurate data entry and attention to detail. * Organized, proactive, and committed to providing high\-quality customer support. * Team\-first mindset with a goal\-oriented attitude toward sales and performance metrics. * Experience in customer support, account management, or retail sales is helpful but not required.
