Fund Accounting Supervisor- PE- 12 month contract

**Fund Accounting Supervisor \| Dublin \| Fund Administrator** Our Private Equity Fund Administration client is seeking to hire an experienced Supervisor for their Fund Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fund accounting professional who is ready to take the next step in their career, with responsibility for overseeing day\-to\-day fund accounting activities while supporting a high\-performing team. **The Role** You will be responsible for: * Supervising the day\-to\-day fund accounting function and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of NAVs * Reviewing NAV calculations, financial statements and fund accounting outputs * Oversight of cash, positions, income and expense reconciliations * Reviewing and resolving accounting breaks and discrepancies * Supporting month\-end and year\-end processes * Ensuring adherence to internal controls, procedures and regulatory requirements * Working closely with internal teams, clients, auditors and other external stakeholders * Supporting and developing junior members of the team * Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency **About You** We are looking for someone with: * Strong experience within **f** und accounting, ideally within an asset manager, fund administrator or similar environment * Previous supervisory or senior\-level experience * Strong knowledge of NAV production and fund accounting processes * Good understanding of investment funds and financial instruments * Excellent attention to detail and a strong control mindset * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * The ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines **What's on Offer** A great opportunity to join a well\-established organisation in Dublin, with the chance to take on increased responsibility, develop your leadership skills and progress your career within fund accounting. 📍 **Dublin** 💼 **Fund Accounting \| Asset Management \| Financial Services**
