Full Stack Software Engineer

**About the job** We're looking for a Software Engineer to help drive an in\-house digital transformation portal program forward — a genuinely high\-visibility, digital\-first initiative streamlining business processes, sharpening data capability, and improving how regulatory services get delivered online. You'll bring technical leadership to a small, high\-performing IT project team that works hand\-in\-glove with the business — writing optimised code, overseeing development quality, and shaping the front\-end and full\-stack architecture behind Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Azure\-integrated solutions. Small resource groups, close business partnership, and real ownership over what you build — if that sounds like your kind of team, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee software development projects and provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers. * Write optimised, high\-quality code and take responsibility for the functionality of everything your team ships. * Build solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages. * Develop modern front\-end experiences using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks such as Vue.js. * Deliver full\-stack solutions with C\#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL, integrating front\-end applications with backend services. * Work with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies — API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate. * Apply established application architectures, development patterns and reusable components, using Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices. * Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary delivery team, bringing strong analytical and problem\-solving skills to every conversation. **Essential** * Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages. * Strong front\-end development skills using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS, with experience in modern frameworks such as Vue.js. * Strong full\-stack development skills, including C\#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL, and integrating front\-end applications with backend services. * Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies, such as API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate. * Experience with established application architectures, development patterns and reusable components, including Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills, with demonstrated experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams. **Desirable** * Experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies, such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI or agent\-based solutions. * Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI will be highly regarded.
