The Forester Law Firm is seeking an Entry-Level Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Legal Assistant to add to our team. Job Type: Monday - Thursday 9:00AM - 5:00PM College Students are welcome to apply. Schedule will be accommodated. **Experience:** * Willing to train the right candidate, no experience needed. **Duties and Skills:** Including but not limited to working in the pre litigation section of our office. Experience in working all aspects of auto wreck cases from interview to case and medical management is welcome, but not necessary. * Must be proficient and literate with technology including but not limited to, Word (including advanced functions such as shortcuts for copying and pasting, formatting, removing formatting, converting to PDF), Dropbox, Outlook, and Adobe * **Fluency in Vietnamese or Chinese.Benefits:** * Staff Benefits (effective after 2-month probationary term) * Paid holidays, Vacation, and Personal Days * Salary: Hourly, Based on Experience Language: * Mandarin Chinese (Preferred) * Vietnamese (Preferred) Work Location: In person
